*JUNIOR RECRUITER* 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor degree in Psychology 

- Fresh graduate / experienced 

- Able to administering Psychological Test 

- Excellent communication skill 

- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo - Buduran 

Responsibilities: 

- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. 

- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites. 

- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. 

- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites and social media. 

- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experiences. 

- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. 

- Conduct selection test using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. 

- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
